Coloradoans love their pizza and Beau Jo’s is just one of many pizza joints in Fort Collins that stands out and are known for there Colorado Mountain Pies which is their thick braided crust pizza that they are famous for. On nice days of which there are many in Fort Collins throughout the year there are places to sit outside to eat that in my opinion greatly enhances the outdoor Colorado dining experience.
Beau Jo’s uses delicious Colorado honey instead of sugar in their pizza sauce and crust so when you are done eating your pizza you have dessert waiting to be drizzled or dipped in sweet honey.
There are 6 locations located along Colorado’s Front Range including Old Town Fort Collins. Beau Jo’s Mountain Pies are sold by the pound and is recommended at least one pound per person when ordering. The pizza dough is made fresh daily.
